Gleaning Appreciation for the Farmers

About the Project

Israeli farmers have been the largest donors of fresh, nutritious food to Leket Israel, the National Food Bank, over the past 20+ years for the benefit of Israelis in need.

In their honor, we invite you and your children to send messages of thanks to the farmers in honor of Shavuot.

Be creative! Send letters or drawings to our partners who have faced numerous challenges over the past 8 months.

How does it work?

Together with your family, draw and write messages to the farmers and then upload them to the link below. We will print them and distribute them to the farmers throughout Israel.

I hereby waive any legal action or claim in connection with such images/message and/or the publication thereof that I am submitting as part of the Gleaning Appreciation for the Farmers project, which is intended to bring joy to the Israeli farmers who have faced numerous challenges as a result of the Sword of Iron war in Israel.

I agree that any rights related to the content I uploaded will be transferred to Leket from the moment of upload.

I hereby waive any claim or claim in connection with the Gleaning Appreciation for the Farmers project and/or the image and/or message mentioned above.

I confirm that there is no restriction on the interpretations or opinions of any kind being made with respect to or alongside the image and messages that I have uploaded.

I hereby grant you all the consents necessary at law, including under the Privacy Protection Act 1981, the Copyright Act 2007, and the Performers and Broadcasters Rights’ Act 1984, to make free use of the materials, including storage on your databases (in Israel or elsewhere overseas).

Even if the drawing/message uploaded by me belongs to a minor, I declare and undertake that I am the minor’s legal guardian and that the consents given by me above apply with the necessary adjustments.
