Resource Development Coordinator for Southern United States

  • Reporting directly to VP International Development PR and Marketing.
  • Maintain and build the donor base in the Southern United States.
  • Cultivate the Evangelical communities in the Southern United States.
  • Frequent travel to the Southern United States (8 per year).
  • Coordinate events.
  • Grow the number of volunteers visiting Israel from the Southern United States.
  • Create Brand Ambassadors.
  • Establish relationships and campaigns with Synagogues, Churches and other communal organizations.
  • Mother tongue English speaker – Familiarity with Southern U.S. a plus.
  • Ability to travel, sometimes for an extended period, 2-3 weeks.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken Hebrew.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to speak comfortably with donors at every level.
  • Capable of taking initiative and seeking results.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • 3 years of fundraising or business development experience, fundraising a major plus. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office package required.

The position is full time, based in Israel, with frequent travel required. The candidate will be expected to work out of the Leket Israel Raanana office.
