Akiva Aronson – Akiva lives in Toronto with his wife Shana, four kids and a dog. He has spent the last twenty years primarily in various entrepreneurial ventures including: commodities and real estate. Akiva is known for being an active member of Jewish communal life in Toronto, and has served on the Board of several charitable organizations.
Adir Koschitzky – Adir founded and is a Portfolio Manager at AYAL Capital Advisors, an equity investment firm. He previously worked at Waratah Capital Advisors from 2010-2013 and for JL Advisors in New York from 2008-2009. Adir holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Yeshiva University. He is currently on the board of Netivot Hatorah Day School and serves on UJA’s Israel and Overseas Committee. Adir is married to Elianne and they have two daughters.

Gerry Bichunsky – Gerry has served as the CEO of a Geneva-based family office for the past 18 years. Prior to that, he was a director of a London-based investment management company. He completed his BA and MA degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Gerry was born in South Africa and lived in Israel for 11 years before moving to London 30 years ago. He enjoys combining his commercial and investment responsibilities with a number of philanthropic functions.
Paul Filer – Paul Filer graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in economics before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He works as finance director for a large multi-national company based in the UK. He is married to Wendy and they have two children. A founder trustee of Leket UK, Paul has enjoyed bringing the message of Leket Israel to the UK.
Clive Nathan – Clive is Chief Executive of GRP Underwriting. He joined GRP from Primary Group, where he fulfilled a variety of senior roles including non-executive chairman of Rural Insurance and executive chairman of One Commercial MGAs. Between 2006-2016 he was CEO of Towergate Underwriting, having joined the business in 2003 as a regional managing director. Clive began his career in 1987 as a graduate entrant with Commercial Union, where he had a number of different roles. He joined AXA UK in 1999 as national broker director and was involved in the acquisition of GRE that resulted in him becoming regional director. Clive is a past member of the CII Underwriting Faculty and was awarded Industry Achiever of The Year in 2012.
Jeremy Apfel – Jeremy is a Corporate Affairs specialist with almost 30 years’ experience in politics, media and the City of London. He was an advocate of “purpose” from before it became fashionable, has a strong commitment to the creation of social value and the growth mindset concept. Jeremy has been involved in Jewish community organisations for several decades, including as Chairman of Barnet Synagogue. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
