Operational Development Manager for Overseas Fundraising

Manage all operational tasks that support and enhance the overseas development department

  • Oversight of resource development calendar
  •  Management of development support staff
  •  Responsible for donor maintenance and development systems
  • Creation of budgets
  •  Fundraising predictions and analysis of donation trends
  •  Oversight of overseas call center (USA, Canada)
  •  
    • Bachelor’s degree – a must
    •  Master’s degree- advantage
    •  Mother tongue English speaker
    •  Minimum of 2 years management experience
    •  Strong command of spoken and written Hebrew
    •  Financial background strongly preferred
    •  Knowledge of Salesforce – advantage
