Leket Israel, the leading food rescue organization in Israel, is uniquely committed to redistributing surplus, nutritious food to all those in need across the nation.

Sally Poolat, Leket Israel’s Regional Director of U.S. Development, will be visiting Louisiana and Kentucky in September 2025. At Leket Israel, one of our top priorities is building meaningful relationships with our donors and with both Jewish and non-Jewish communities across the Southeast. During her visit, Sally looks forward to sharing a brief update on our current efforts and future initiatives. We remain committed to keeping you closely connected to the impact your support makes—especially in these particularly challenging times for so many Israelis.
