Leket Israel is seeking a Temporary Customer Support Representative to join our team and support our online donation platform: https://gift.leket.org.

This is a part-time, in-office position with a 4-day work week. Working hours are 6 hours per day, between 14:00 and 22:30.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support via phone and email to donors and users, assist with technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive user experience on the website

• Native-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong technical skills and confidence navigating websites
• Excellent communication skills (both phone and email)
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
• This position is open to all qualified candidates
• Start date: September 1st, 2025
