JEWISH NEWS OF SARASOTA-MANATEE – March 2016. “On Thursday, Jan. 21, 58 women gathered at the home of Helene Davis to learn more about The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee’s Women’s Giving Circle, which provides grants to organizations helping women and children in need throughout Israel. The guest speaker at this year’s open house was Lauren Yoked from American Friends of Leket Israel, Israel’s largest food bank and food rescue network, and a 2014 Women’s Giving Circle grant recipient.”
